6. Provide the relevant scope of work to each Agency/ Expert.
7. Project Management & Construction Management to ensure quality and timely completion of project.
8. Laisoning & Managing the documentation and approvals from different Government Authorities including MCGM, MHADA, RERA and others.
9. Conflict Management between different society members and their expectations, we work as a team to create a “Win-Win” Scenario for all.
10. Marketing & Sale Management of Sale Flats.
11. Possession of Property with Occupation Certificate & Financial Closure.
