What PMC do ?

Project Management Consultants manage the Real Estate Project by application of their Knowledge, Skills, and Experience at various stages that includes management of Client’s and Contractor resources with responsibility for the result. However, at the same time PMC also has to face various challenges like Architectural & Structural Design Issues, Constructability Issues, Material Quality & Supply Chain Issues, Various Multi Contractor Coordination Issues, Engineering Issues, Safety Issues, etc which can be tackled only by a well-planned, organised approach of the PMC.

  • General contractors. We are a third party in the project, acting as a client’s project management team.
  • Affiliated with any project executors.

How much is it?

  • 1 – 5% of the project budget on average.
  • Depends on the complexity, scale and ratio between project budget and operating costs.
  • Our service is most effective and efficient when it is involved in Total Project Life Cycle from Conception to Closeout.

Awareness of various Processes involved in Project Management and detail study of multiple constraints of project like Time-Cost-Risk-Scope-Quality-Resource are an integral part of our project management consultancy.
